Hi! I have a friend who withdrew his application even if he received his LMO already. He applied in an agency as a food counter attendant in Alberta, Canada. His application took 2 years before it materialized. When he was informed that his LMO has been issued already, he informed the agency that he would no longer push thru his application. Can he apply for immigration in the future?
