hi,i'm new here,i just need your help.i really want to be with my boyfriend but we can't,we've been trying for almost a year now,nothing seems to work.we can't get married for the moment.he's a canadian citizen.we tryed visitor but i just finished school and they said that i don't have any reasons to come back,i got denied.he's been here three times,we have kept the tickets,pictures,receipts everything.Do we have a chance with conjugal.PLEASE help me!

Clearly you could get married at some point in the future, and he has visited you in the past.

well,the reason why we couldn't live together is because he's got a son there,and i went for a visitor but i got denied.now,he's going through a divorce,that's why we can't get maried.we could go for a spousal but taht would take another year.we talked to a lawyer and he said that we might have a chance.I just want to make sure,Thank you
