I am a Canadian citizen with a same*censored word* partner abroad. She got denied a tourist visa.Do I need to move to her country (my country of origin) so I can sponsor her? I have been looking for a job over there for months now but been unable to find one. If we don't move there because of that, will immigration deem me to be "unwilling to give up a job" and not allow me to sponsor under conjugal partner category?I support her financially so it a job, my job here is important to our life, not just that I do not want to leave this particular job.I'd just like some advice before I make the drastic move just to satisfy immigration rules for people like me.Thanks.

Hi CVIC

You don't need to Live Canada in order to sponsor your partner

take a look on the following link
