Hai
 I applied for CEC today. NOC 3152. Registered Nurse. My IELTS score is Speaking 7, reading 6.5, writing 7.5, listening 7.5. I just saw some statements now i am worried. Am i qualified for English test.

you're good.
take your IELTS scores, and get the appropriate CBL scores. you'll see that you are well above the requirements.
