confusion regarding Form 5257E section 10 and 11 for a widow -- urgent !!

I am inviting my mother for visting me in Canada and is really confused about section 10 and 11

In Section 10, they have asked for the marital status.
My mother is a widow so I selected Widowed from the drop down menu.
Next they have asked for the name of current spouse and marriage date ?

Does my mother fill in the name of my deceased father and her marriage date ?
I have not filled anything in this section

Section 11 is more confusing, it says fill this section if you are previously married. Do I select "Yes" or "No" ?
Being a widow she was married to my father..

I may be asking really stupid question, and many of you may laugh, but what do they expect in Section 10 and 11 for a Widowed is not clear to me.
Any help will be greatly appreciated, as I plan to submit the application tomorrow.

In section 10 when you will select widowed , rest of the section will turn grey. so don't fill any further details there. In section 11 , fill the details of her marriage with your father.
