I worked on this position for 2 years and then i start work as QA Engineer for one year. For the last two years i am working as a Construction manager for roadworks. Now i am little confused that how many points cic will i give for my work experience.

if you other 6 years worked in different fields falls under Skill Level 0, A, or B, then full points.

You need a minimum 1 year skilled work experience to apply.  If you have more than 1 year, you get more points.
