hello,
I am 26 yr old single Indian citizen and want to immigrate in canada, I am Diploma Mechanical Engineer with 5 yrs. of working experience with CAD.I want to know which catagory of visa suitable for me? My visa consultant gave me two option, normal PR file & PNP.
He has told me that normal file wil consume 4-5 yrs and PNP takes less time. But he his fees for PNP is 15000CAND. and I have to show 15000CAND. fund for PNP. I am really confused what to do?
Please guide me. thank you.

That is ridiculous,For example application cost for BC PNP is 550 Dollars Canadian,Goverment of Canada Fees are around 1050 Dollars,Most Immigration consultants charge about 3,000-4,000 Dollars for processing PNP,one of the the top lawyers in BC a former Federal MP with 3 Vancouver offices and 5 overseas offices charges about 7,000 to process PNP.Sorry but with all due respect to your lawyer thats TOO MUCH

Ok there are 2 types,There are employment agencies which specialize in getting you a job because they have employers who have contracted them to find employees and there are Lawyers and Immigration Consultants who process papers only.Immigration Consultants are cheaper then lawyers,Think of the Lawyers as Doctors for Difficult cases and Consultants as Nurses for simple cases.Under the new program You qualify under the 38 Federal FSW or if not,You look in the PNP Categories
