Confusion about CAIPS file

Hi All,
I applied for PR in June 2002 to CHC
Delhi and got AOR in Sep 2004. After long wait ,I had  ordered caips last month & today i recevied .

It says that,

PAPER FILE SENT TO : PA  BF FILE TO : FRQ ON 10-10-2010

I have the following queries.

1) Above information indicates my BF date  ?  (i.e 10-10-2010)

2) If this is the  BF date then it is very lenthy process because it tooks 8 Years (Because i had applied on 2002)

3) Is it by mistaken  written or what ?
Because as per latest update in CIC site for india it takes max. 5 to 5.5 Years for complete process.

4) When should i expect to complete my complete prcess.

I am totally confussed after receving CAIPS file.

Please help me out for the same.

not Sep 2004

Hi,

What is CAIPS ( full form ) file and how & from where did u get this from.

Have u applied in skilled worker class.
