Hi,
I am on TIER 1 visa to U.K and would be working for 2 years, i would like to apply for QUEBEC SKILLED WORKER VISA, have a question to ask :-
can i apply for certificate for selection quebec from U.K keeping in mind that i not British citizen (foreign national)
if i get CBQ , can i apply for the PR under QUEBEC skilled worker visa.
