But you should know that BLEEPS cant type Depends on what trade they are, Techs are too important and have a man do that kind of thing for them. Lineys, cant type because their knuckles are all grazed from dragging on floor as they walk. Should add, as I am not only a VM, but also Reccey Mech Trained, this could also apply to me

True, the ones i dealt with never had fingers. Good luck on the application, be prepared for a wild ride, it can be a real PITA.

Cheers Baloo, have spent several hours on here comparing different experiences from different people. Only thing they have in common is the amount of hoops they had to jump through. Hopefully, my case should be pretty straightforward, I have a lot of what they call proof of growing/sustaining relationship, up to us marrying in a few weeks time. I may be barking up the wrong tree, but it sems an Outland application through London has the shortest timescale. Will be double checking a lot of details before sealing envolope and affixing stamps though

I know what you mean about jumping through hoops.
I am also a Brit, but waiting out my outland application in Ottawa with my wife. Yes that is possible too.
With outland, you also retain the right to appeal (not that you are likely to need it).
Use a courier or at least fully tracked delivery.

Hi everybody, Just a quick update. Potnetial Mrs VM Basic , well she is now Mrs VM Basic actual. We were married on the 7th of May in a quaint Chapel, attended by family, friends and assorted well wishers. New main effort, cross i`s and dot t`s and ensure all the paperwork is tickety boo before submiting to the great admin vortex that is Mississauga, cant wait. So to every one who wished us well from before, many thanks and will be raising a glass or five to you all later. Keep watching for further episodes.....
