Hi All

I have a question

I'm  a Pakistani National, who got H1B stamped about 2 yrs ago but when i planned to fly to US, the company closed their operations. now i have H1B, but i haven't worked on it in US.

I am planning to go for Canadian Immigration.

Now, Can I Apply for the H1B-Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program?

If Yes .. guide me how? , if No .. what can i do with that H1B?

You should have worked in H1 for atleast 1 year to be eligible to apply for H1 AINP.

And also you need be in US currently and hold H1B till you get nomination.
