I need some clarification, my WP will expire this Nov. 2009. what will i do if im going to stay a little bit longer or a month more becoz i will be travelling with my new born son back home. Is the immigration will send me a letter if im going to stay beyond my current status? Is it true that some said that im still have allowed for a month to stay after the validity of my WP even w/o applying for the extension? Or am i eligible to apply to extend my stay for the reason that my son is not old enough yet to travel? Pls. i need a good answer thank u.
