Confused London office please help

Dear Friends

Please can you help me regarding my situation (Old Applicant London- July 2007), we have submitted our Medical in August 2010 to London office. I e-mailed them on 23 November for update and they replied' Background checks are currently going and send us update police certificates i.e.2nd ones). Now my UK visa will expire and I have to leave back to Egypt on 16/01/2011. I do not know what to do, should I give them my address in Egypt? and will they tranfer my file to there?! or it will be in London, or should I leave things as it is and if I am lucky and get passport requests after leaving by e-mail send them to London office from Egypt and then ask my friends to forward them back to me from the UK after stamp. Very confused please help

You need to update them with your Egypt address(leave your case to be treated in london as it is faster than Egypt i guess).When your PPR is sent, you can get a UK visa in order to come and get the stamp here or post it (through someone or postal service). Have you submitted your updated PCC? If yes, your PPR can even come before 16/01/11 dont give up.

I think what farnandez told is correct. Send them what they asked that is new PCC and change the mailing address thats all. when you get PPR then you can send your PP to london from egypt only and ask your friends to send it back to you.

at this point changing visa office may delay you application further. there is not harm in updating your mailing address and keep everything same.
