Hello everyone,
I have applied for PR as a protected person.
I sent my application on July 2010...Now my e-CAS mentions two statements about the starting time of my application process:
" We received you application on July, 2010"
"We started processing your application on September,2010"
"We started processing your application on February, 2011"

I don't know which one is correct. Has anyone experienced a similar thing? and is there anyway to know the difference between the two statements?

Thank you,

I am no expert but I think the first line is for CIO and the second is for Visa Office

Hi Labron,

I think IMO "CIO" refers to  Immigration officer from inside Canada(e.g. from Case Processing Centre like Vegreville).

Protected person sends his/her application to Alberat VO directly.

Hi,
The First Start refers to your application, and the Second refers to your Spouse's Application.
Thank you and good luck!
