You should look at their web site, http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/missions/singapore.asp
Robinson Rd is the mailing address.

I think you'd better send the docs to the first mail address. In my case, I sent to the PO Box address. According to Singapore Post the letter was delivered on July 2, but the embassy confirmed the receit on July 8!
Having said that, if you're not in a hurry and you're still at the beginning of the visa process, send the docs to the PO Box. Either way should be OK.

Hello bdg,

Both will work. But the first one is more appropriate. I sent my application through the first one and got a quick service.

From where u r applying.

Thanks

I have also applied from Bangladesh through DHL. I posted my full application on 28 May 09. I got the acknowledgement letter or receiving on 03 June 09 whic was issued on 01 June 2009. So the first address is quiker though i dont know about the second address timing. One of the consultant told me that "you can use either of the two"

Do they deliver courier at PO Box addresses?

I am not an expert at Canadian Immigration.
Please don't expect me to answer if your post title has urgent in it and it is not really urgent. Urgent is 911 or you have a definite deadline tomorrow, not that you would like to send in the application soon

No, I have not receive medical request yet. My status is showing Just IN Process (We started processing on june 09. 2009). I think Singapore office is little bit slower than Islamabad/ New Delhi.

See that Mr. Siam123 have got medical request just yesterday (20 July). He sent full application on May and his process started on 28 May 2009.
