Hi guys,

I have been asked to submit my passport along with landing fees (if not paid) and police clearance (if not submitted) to New Delhi for PR application. They have stated in the letter that i have to send it through a safe /traceable courier.
My questions are:
1) In India what courier services should I choose as most of them are reliable (eg vichare, professional etc)
2) Do i have to send a return envelope with my address for passport return and if yes then should that also be courier or Indian post?
3) Is there anything else I should keep in mind before, during or after submission of passport?

I don't kno about India, but in some contries they ask you to come pick up the documents. What they want you to do is pretty straight forward, but I'm sure there must be a forum for your country that u can check

Cheesy You can send the passport either through SPEED POST or via any courier. You can track the speed post online.
Ensure you enclose everything CHC asked in thier letter.

Hi Newbie,
Even I have got AOR letter from embassy of Canada, New Delhi and they have asked me for exactly 3 points you mentioned:
  • Landing fee (if not paid)
  • PCC (if not submitted)
  • Original passport
  • medical test receipt
Even though my PCC issued 2 months before the AOR date, my lawyer is asking me to apply for new PCC, please let me know whether you have submitted new PCC or no?
appreciate your valuable feedback.
