Confused about IMM 5662

A little confused about IMM 5662 - Supplement Information Your Travels.

I'm sponsoring my wife who is a Danish citizen for her PR. We're planning to apply outland (London office). Do we need to fill out this form? Talked to a call centre agent she first said yes you need it but when I pointed that in the Appendix A check list it says: "Persons submitting their application to the Canadian visa office in Paris must complete the attached IMM5562 form" she says we don't need to submit it.

Since we're going through London UK office we don't need to submit this form correct?

Check the guide for your region, if it is required for your country you need to submit it.

Hi,

If your are applying through London Office then you do not need IMM 5562. It's for the applicants who are applying through Paris Visa office.
