confuse for PR status

im live in caregiver in canada.i apply for my PR...i have 2 childrens age 15yrs.old and 8 years old.i have my common law but we are separated.but he was presently residing in our province where my kids are staying.my ex common law got his identity documents address in our province.my 15years old daughter receive documents need to fill out the imm5406 or additional family information.and there is a column asking for applicant fathers name ,birthday,birth of place and present address.my daughter filled this form and she is only 15 years old as my accompanying dependant she is the applicant in the philippines.and she made a honest mistake filling out the form like where is his father present address.she got mistake do you think will affect my application on PR...?WHAT WILL I DO ?DO I NEED TO WRITE IN IMMIGRATION TELL WHAT HAPPEN?OR WAIT FOR THE IMMIGRATION TO WRITE A LETTER AND MAKE A MOVE OR ACTION FOR THAT MISTAKE INFORMATION...PLEASE HELP ME.ANYONE WITH THE SAME PROBLEM PLS
