Hi all
I mentioned in my previous post, that my status was changed to decision Made from CIO eligibility review complete without 2nd AOR, I sent an email to CHC London and there response is.

Dear Madam / Sir,

This is in response to your enquiry.

Your documents have been received and placed on file. Your application has been placed in a queue awaiting revied by an officer. No further action is required by you at this time.

We will contact you again if we require further information or when we are ready to proceed to the next stage of your application.

We thank you for your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum.

Yours sincerely,

Client Service Unit (LIB)

Here is the context of email I sent them on Tuesday

Request: URGENT E-CAS status Dear Sir/Madam I recieved my first AOR from CIO on 4-June-2010, and sent my complete application to your office (London,CHC) on 22-Sept-2010 which was recieved by London CHC on 23-Sep-2010. After waiting for four months without getting any acknowledgement, I sent photocopies of my and my families updated UK visas.
today when I checked my application status using E-CAS, it shows that decision has been made. I want to confirm if it's an error with my E-CAS status ? Kindly update me on my current status.
This reply clearly says my application is in queue and has not been reviewed by VO yet, it means my status is definitely an error. I am happy now.
Thanks

Hi pitta
Mismanagment is not something that can be tolerated in long term specialy in this kind of govt office they are representing the Canada, how the hel they can carry out this kind of mismanagement if they are short of staff or unable to cope the burden they must inform their ministry and clear them they can not work properly and their burden must be shared, this is not a reasonable excuse in any way you run the business u can imagine how much negative effect you can have with mismanagement.
Thanks
