Coneverting IELTS Score to Canada Bench Level Marks

Hi,

I am planing to apply for Canada PR under experienced class category. I am coming under Skill type 2 (Natural and Applied Sciences and Related Occupations)

I have got my IELTS Score overall band 6.0 (Writing ]7.0, Speaking 6.0, Listening 5.5, Reading 5.0). Please let me know whether I am eligible under experienced class or not.
I am going to finish my 2 years  Canada work experience soon. And Please let me know how to convert the IELTS score in to CBL.

One more question I have: If my application is under process, I am eligible to apply for Open work permit or not?

I am looking for for your answers or advise if anything.
