conditions on entrepreneur

Could someone please answer this question for me?
We came in under Entrepreneur and our application was submitted before Dec 31, 2002 (when the rules changed). Our Confirmation of Permanent Residence is on Form IMM 5292. I was reading the remarks in this section and there were comments on conditions which made me look at my form - Number 43. Conditions has 00, so does that mean we don't have to meet any conditions? Immigration has never contacted us since we landed in April of 2004. Is that why?
We have lived in Canada for the required days but did not quite meet the Entrepreneur conditions. We left Canada in April of 2008 to take a temporary job but plan on moving back soon. (We left all our assets in Canada.) We applied for citizenship before we left. Our PR Card expires May 2009. Should we apply for a renewal? Does anyone have any good advice?
