I'm trying to find out if it's possible for immigration application to be approved but with condition that Medicare will not cover for previous known conditions (example, heart condition, etc).  What if previous known condition was not disclosed during the application/approval process and only came to light after landed status, etc.  Could medicare choose not to cover related expenses, etc?  The 2nd hand example I was given relates to the first situation though neither seems plausible to me from my research.
Thanks for any insight!

Healthcare is universal. You will not be denied coverage if you're a PR or a citizen.

That being said, you might have a condition that would make you ineligible to apply for PR under some programmes.
