I and my girlfriend meeted in school 6 years ago when I was 18 and she was 17 years old(now i'm 24 years old),in this august I did lending and get PR card(because of my parents,I'm depending student),after it I get back to home and proposed my ger friend to get married me(it was at september). now we preparing to wedding at 26.2.09 and living together and have acommon bank account, planing that i'll go to canad in end of July and do to her asponsorship,my concern is that the cic will claim that we have been in common law relashionship all this time and refuse our application (I and my ger friend never lived together until i proposed her to get married me!!!)
what do you think, should i have any problems with it?

thanks to everyone and have a good day

If you can prove that you never lived together, then you are fine.

Thanks for your answer, but i'm really don't know what kind of evidence can i bring with the case, the only thing that i can think about is to take from the Ministry of the Interior our address for all our timeline living in israel and that will show that my girlfriend changed her address just at last september and from that time we living togethe(until september we have different address and mails),what do you think , would it be enough or i need to think about more proofs

Don't worry about it until they ask you.  If they tell you that you have to prove it, you can show different mailing addresses as well as get statements from friends and relatives.
