Complex situation for my new born baby and future wife

Hi
I am feeling myself in a complex situation and i am really in need of some advise from members.
" I got married to my wife like 14 years ago and we were living in a Gulf country, there itself i applied for Canadian Immigration along with my spouse. With the passage of time things doesn't work well between us and we were moving towards divorce, in meanwhile we got the immigration and we came to Canada like 2 years back (I was the main applicant). After staying sometime overhere, we finally decided to separate and I went back to Gulf country and re-start my job there but my spouse stayed here. Back there one European lady came into my life and i start living with her and then she got pregnant with my child which she delivered like 10 days ago back there. I cameback to Canada 4 months back and submitted a divorce through a lawyer which i am expecpting the judgement to recieve any day. Now my Girl friend is planning to go back to her country in europe with my baby where i would be joining her and marrying her since i am going to get my divorce judgement anytime from a Court here."
I want clarifications for the below points...
1. Does Canada consider the laws of that country where we used to live in Gulf in regards to marital status of the couple (as in mostly Gulf countries you are not allowed to live or have baby without being married there) or does Canada looks for their immigration laws to be fulfilled when i sponsor my future wife (since i will be going shortly to get married to her after getting the divorce judgement from here) and my new born baby?
2. Birth Certificate of the baby includes my name as the baby's father, will it have any impact when i sponsor her and her mother as my family? As we will be getting married on later date as compare to the child's birthday.
Any clarification in this regard will be highly appreciated as i am really very tensed and nervous and I want my new family to be with me here as soon as possible to join me.
Further if someone can recommend me really experience Immigration lawyer because I want to meet personally to an expert to discuss all the scenario in details and to look for possible options for sponsoring my family. I live in GTA.
Thanks

1. Canada does not care that you started a relationship and had a baby while still married to someone else. If you are legally divorced and legally married again, you can sponsor your wife and your baby for PR. You will include all that in your story to CIC about how you met, fell in love, when you moved in together etc etc.
2. Worst case scenario, they might ask for a DNA test to prove that it is your baby.
