Still I am waiting for Acknowledgement from CIO

However Credit Card has been charged CAD550.

So can I assume that the completeness check is done and passed.

If the documents are not complete do they still charge???

Not yet dear friend. Once you receive the 1st email from CIO, that would be a positive indication that your package is complete and you have the eligibility points of 67...although the points are further assessed at the VO stage too.

If there is a change in points at VO stage it could be attributed mainly to Reference letters, inappropriate docs for relatives, and sometimes even the degrees are challenged. So the tension remains till VO's eligibility complete stage.

I am confusing about one issue that, CIO has send mail that means PER & there mentioned ''Based on  a review of the information you have provided, you application have received  positive final determination of eligibility for processing .............. then your application will be forwarded to the visa office for further processing''. If need VO want extra documents but without information if they reject file really it will be illegal. What is the main rule of VO at that moment when ecas shows RBVO. Thanks for your nice comments.

Regards.

after the initial assessment at CIO the file is transfer to a VO for 'further processing'. During the processing period the VO may verify each supporting document you provided with ur application. So even if an application has passed the first stage at CIO, the VO can legally overturn the initial assessment outcome during the stage 2 processing if grounds of refusal are found.

Off course VO can reject file but under new rules applicants are sending all documents to CIO after that they decide about on PER. First CIO check all documents if score 67 or more then forward to the VO for further processing. Thanks for your reply.
