Hi,

We completed the landing one month back and retuned to US. We will permanently return to Canada at a later date. We have not yet reveived the PR cards. We hold Indian passports.

Can we plan to have a baby in US? Can the baby go to Canada along with us with the US passport (citizenship).
What are the implications if the baby retains US passport and we move to Canada? Is this possible?

Thanks,

It is not a problem.  You would have to sponsor the baby for PR for the baby to legally live in Canada but you can only do this after you move to Canada yourselves.  The baby with a US passport is visa exempt to go to Canada as a visitor so you shouldn't have any problems bringing it with you.
