Is the application received date is same as complete application package received date? Is that true if we send all the required documents to cic?.

Just checking the time line. bz cic website says 12 months for Processing at buffallo based on complete application package received.

Maybe this answers the question....

What they are saying is, whatever time the site shows is only valid if you submit a full package (nothing missing).
Times vary, the number of months is based on 80% of the cases completing in that time.
