No need to panic as your comany is closed after you filed your application. That stands.

Immediately find a job join and inform VO.

As the company does not exist now, how about verification call? Does he need to inform that the company is closed?

Send a detailed letter to the visa office ( after the application  reaches VO) mentioning that the company where you used to work is closed and do give the phone mumbers of your ex managers/ director for reference check, it would be  good if you can send any document like notice etc whereby the VO can see the liquidation / closing of your company.
Your getting or not getting a new job, will not effect your application. You can still get the points  claimed for the work you had already completed.
