hello
this is Franzi  , i am ganna move to Canada hopefuly next month through Skilled Working visa
with my Common-law
and we have decided to be apart after we reached so
what is the solution
what is my Right ?
do i have any power to do any thing? for example unvalid his Visa ,( I  AM NOT GONNA DO THAT )
just wanna know it in a case if any thing happened ??

You do not have the power to invalidate his permanent residence visa.
