5 months out of the first year of our common-law has been spent in Mexico living in my SO parents apartment (we do not have a rent , none of the bills on in either of our names, etc) What can we do to prove that we lived together during this time? We have proof of plane tickets to Mexico form Canada and return tickets back to Canada the same day as well. We also have my plane ticket from when I first went down there and we started to living together. We have a lot of proof of our cohabitation from Canada but hardly any from Mexico, does anyone have any ideas of how we can prove this?!

The only thing we can think about is an affidavit from his parents confirming that we lived with them during out time here in Mexico.

Thanks in advance!

What address is listed on your Driver's licenses, your health insurance???  any other ID, like Mastercard/Visa that you would use your Mexican address for? Banking information? Cell phone bills? ANYTHING and EVERYTHING that has that address include it. Joint bank account is another big thing...  If you dont have one sharing as yet, I recommend you get one...  Hope this helps...

Well we have all of those things for Canada (he has multiple entry visa) but we have spent some time in during as well (5 months in Mexico 7 months in Canada by the time we apply) and are here now (Mexico)

This is what we are thinking:

Affidavits from parents stating that we live together
Mail from Family and Friends
We are going to see if we can pull up our old gym membership with both of us with our address on it
We also have the same tickets, purchased together from Canada to Mexico, and the tickets back to Canada from Mexico together.

Do you think its enough? Can anyone let me know of any other ideas of things we can get here that prove that we live together here in Mexico?! Thank You.
