common-law partner Marital status

I am applying with my gf as common-law partner. Does anybody know in the applications what should I fill as my Marital status? common-law does work ? !!!! Please help me .

If you are common law partners, then write common law. You have to check in the visa office specific instructions if they require a declaration of common law. If they do, you can find the form here:
