Hi everybody!
I wish to know if is there any facilities for citizens of Common Wealth countries..for example, Antigua..for visiting,working or migrating to Canada?

No.  There are Young worker programs but Antigua is not one of the countries involved.  see: http://www.cic.gc.ca/manuals-guides/english/fw/fwe.pdf  Appendix E

Right now I'm a bit confused because I read in this page
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/visas.html
that Antigua's citizens doesn't need Visa to visit Canada? ..
does it means that ..with my passport only..could I buy a flight ticket to Toronto right now?..for how long time could I stay?...my real dream is to get PR, so..in your opinnion, should I go for it from outside or inside Canada?
