Hello!
I am the main applicant for my CEC application. I put my common-law as a dependent(family).

I am doing the English test, does he has to do it as well?

and regarding common-law, I assume I need to provide as much proof as I can for our "common law status" , am I right?

Thanks in advance Smiley

1.  Only the principal requires IELTS
2.  Yes, you will need an abundance of evidence to prove common/law.
