Common - Law sponsorhip - HELP advice needed

As we all know the Philippines doesn't have divorce and only annulment is the option for separation. I was abandoned by my husband 6 years ago and right now I'm with my boyfriend who is a permanent visa holder. I just wanna ask if its possible for him to sponsor me?

What are the things the embassy might need?
- Can it be a legal separation paper because annulment is really expensive.

I have a kid and I have his custody can he be included in the sponsorship?

Right now I'm fixing the legal separation papers and currently is 2 months pregnant with my boyfriend.

He can sponsor you as his common-law partner if you can prove 12 months of continuous cohabitation.  Your only other option if you don't have the ability to prove common-law partnership, is to have him sponsor you as his conjugal partner. 

The Philippine embassy is well-acquainted with the peculiar situation that applies in that country because of the lack of divorce laws, so focus on proving your separation from your spouse (the legal separation), and how you and your current partner have combined your lives.  Check out OP 2 (especially sections 5.45 to 5.49 about conjugal partners) for some of the information they are looking for: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/op/op02-eng.pdf

Your child must be included in the sponsorship, either as an accompanying dependent (meaning he is going to Canada with you) or a non-accompanying dependent (he will not go to Canada with you).
