I want to get information on applying as a common law partner. Here is a little background about my case. I applied under skilled worker class category, got my medical done in Feb 2008, and now waiting for the response for CIC Buffalo. I applied by myself and didn't include my girlfriend who has been living with me. Now she wants to apply with me for the Canadian immigration. Can someone please provide me with the information on what route shall I take or what are the best options?
