common law partner

Hi, I'm from the philippines and I applied for manitoba nominee program(family stream). just last March i received my approval letter from manitoba but my question is if I can add/include my common law partner. I did not include him on my original application w/c got approved. But i saw along with the approval letter w/c is a instruction on what to do next. It also says there "if you wish to add spouse or common law partner"...can I do this here? and how? please help me out..tnx
