Hello guys. I have my application at Buffalo since Late last year, still in Process. I want to claim my common law partner which I did not include in my original application for PR.By Profession I'm in the IT-Sas Programming/Applied Statistician.
How do I claim her and what documents she needs to bring.Or should I withdraw my application and submit it afresh.
We are both residing in US.
Thanks.

Contact the Buffalo visa office to ask what you have to do.  If you withdraw now, your new application will be processed under the new rules and your occupation would have to be one from a list not published yet.
