I'm filing for residency under common law family class. In the General Application on page 3 it says it needs the information on my dependents, including my common law spouse.  Seeing as she'sthe one,as a Canadian citizen, sponsoring me does her information need to go here? I don't think it does but I want to make sure just in case.

If your spouse/common-law partner is the Sponsor, NO. Dont need to enter his/her info here.

As the note reads: "You must include your spouse or common-law partner, if applicable, and all of your dependent children and those of your spouse or common-law partner who are not already permanent residents or citizens of Canada".

Only the persons being sponsored go there.
