Hi there!

i've been here in canada alberta for almost 3yrs. my previous job is asst. mngr at restaurant (other country).right now im working as food service supervisor.
i have partner in life and i want to apply a commonlaw to legalized our relation.at thesame time i want her to apply as open work permit.Can somebody send me link on how to apply.which application form im going to use? thank and i really appreciate if could help me.Godbless!
