coming to canada

my distinguished gentlemen english sir. has to come to canada... things r a mess in the u.s.a. what can i do to get him here quicker.. on the level/ not a citizen. but allowed to work and live in the u. s.a. can't leasve because apperentley was deported but guess what he never left thats how badly the goverment is messed up on a big note...... how do i get him here quiker. oh yes and most important we are in love!!!!! hard situation youg kids. and very little money.. i love him so much...
