Also I am going to be gone when the file comes here. Will they still send it if I am out of the country and he is my rep?

I got my FOSS back it it has nothing in it saying I have to wait. It said I was fully councelled about applying for prem resid if I intend to spend more than half of my time in CA. Yes he told me something and got me confused as all can be....
on one time asking for an extension it has suggest very close examination of any further extension request..

So should I try to go back in Dec or wait till March to be safe? I have been told that it is up to the person at the border to decide and there is no specific time I have to be gone before I can go back to CA. Then I have been told I have to wait 6 months by another person.
