coming back to canada after leaving it without a permanent residence

1.  As what?  A visitor, sure, if you require a TRV and have one.  Or if visitor visa exempt, you can convince the officer that you stay is temporary.

as an immigrant..

for example if someone came with his family to canada as an immigrant, stayed there for a while and studied there, say 5 years, then left to his native country with his whole family "against his will" , as i said before without obtening the permanent residence, then comes back alone without a canadian visa but enters via US. can this person be permitted to enter to canada... since he lived in canada and made a life there. 

P.S: the person in question, lets say, was taken back to his native country as a minor(teenager). and comes back as an adult.

When you say "against his will", does that mean "DEPORTATION" or just a refusal of permanent residence?

no not deportation, just the processing time for a second permanent residency request took too much time and the family, including the person in question, left without telling the immigration.. they managed to get themselves travel documents from their native country and they left. 

when i say "against his will" i mean his family took him without his consent. He wanted to stay in canada...

so can this person comeback to canada via the US? will this person be permitted to enter even if he doesn't have a canadian visa? since he used to be in canada and went to school there....

Short answer No, he is not a permanent residence so if he wants to study, then he needs a study permit.

one more question.. how about if the person has his "IMM 1000"(the record of landing) document... is this document valuable?
