Guys,

I have a very strange confusion of being rejected. Actually, my application goes very straight with NOC 0213(experience of 1 year and 1 month) and NOC 2173(experience of 1 year and 4months). However, to eliminate the need to show fund of (appx. 10,000 dollars), I have decided to get offer letter and actually almost got it.

But the canadian employer has offered me job under title "software developer - services". Doesn't it look conflicting with my current position? And even though I am ready to go for it, I am afraid of being rejected by immigration office.

Please put some focus on this matter. I really need help of seniors.

Well it's better if they can relate that something closer to 0213, as it's the responsibilities that matters not the title itself, as long as they are showing the responsibilities required same as of 0213, you'll be fine

do you mean to say that you are applying with an arranged employment? if yes, then you dont have to worry about 0213 because "the list" is only for those applying under FSW category 1. with an arranged employment, you can also apply under 2173. hope this helps.
