college transcript? Please help

I am applying for the skilled worker. Do I have to send my college transcript sealed with my application, and is it for all the schools that I attended.

what does it mean by transcripts in sealed envelop?? and do we need to send original or a certified copy by the university would be suffice??
as far as i know we only need to send photocopies of the degrees and transcript, only ielts and PCC should be original.

please confirm me this so i would do the needful.

I applied before July 18, at that time as per London vo we needed to submit original transcript from the university in sealed envelope.. You need to apply for this at your university and they will issue a second set of original transcript apart from the one you have when you passed out.. But in sealed envelopes so you won't tamper with it before submission to CIC..
