Dont get lured to attain SPP student visa without IELTS under SPP. You have to have get IELTS done with respectable scores.

The college might grant an offer letter but once you arrive here, they would ask you to do an english test which is conducted by the college itself - its quite common for colleges to ask international students to do this eng test....incase your scores are not at par...you would be asked to take ESL courses before you can take the course that you initially applied.

I suggest its better that you give IELTS and have the scores mailed to the college.

Can u please help me out in this..I have a PR for Canada... I wanted to do the SCM PG Diploma offered by Humber college along with SAP Module.. As u are in Canada ...can u please let me the job scope of SCM ....

I have close to 4 year of exp in IT ....Wanted to leave IT as i dont enjoy my field ... What would my scope ....

How can one search for job who has no exp in that Field..i have browsed monster, workopolis...etc .. however i couldnt find anything for a 0-1 year exp... then how would one get a job at initial Level...

Supply Chain Management is vast here....Logistics industry is quite big since a lot of porducts come as Imports in Canada and also with the trade sanctions between States, Canada and mexico.

It looks like a good option to me; am into logistics and am too planning to do some SAP modules while waiting for my PR.

There are a lot of consultants who can help you with job findings; try to google them specific to the industry you looking for - that should help. I was able to find my job through monster but yea keeping an active profile on these job sites helps a lot.

People waste time their first year who come from ASian Countries in looking for JOB.. Now Canada is my home country so i thought of getting some Canadian  Qualification and then look fo JOB.. i might be wrong in this but i have seen people on this Forum writing that they havent got a job even after 1 year ...so its better to Invest Your first year in getting Canadian Education...

Humber is a good college...quite popular in the list of public colleges here in the GTA. I was checking the course contents for SCM - the program has 2 courses in each semester covering SAP; it looks quite good. If you want to get into logistics, i would say this is a good one to start with.

Also i have come accross quite a few local institutes which provide SAP oriented courses. You may look into them depending how advanced/ deep you wish to go into SAP. Education here is a good option, specially when you start early. It's good that you have made your mind to study. Finding employment is hard but at the same time, it involves a lot of steps. Networking here is the key to success - so try and get along a lot of people from the industry/ career interests you have...this would really help in the long run.

Thanks Anil.. for ur prompt response and going through the course... i am just worried about the initial phase....Its all about initial stage when finding a job is a Tough task... Once u have Canadian exp with u, u can switch over ...Please correct me if i am wrong... After that job will not be a problem... i am just thinking of the first job and how to grab it... cos in India ...Companies come to ur campus and Hire u... i dont think so this happens in Canada... However i m ready to work in minimum wage thats not a problem... all i need a job in my own field...thats SCM...
