Client History Update Form (IPS2-PM)

i thinks we should start this topic as to why CIC ask us to update our work history.

CIC receive my PR/Owp application Nov. 03, 2010. got CHUF dated Aug 11, 2011 asking for work, address and list of organization you have belong...
From Sept 2010 to the present date.

i reply am still woking with the same employer.

i want to call cic if they recv my letter (thou i have tracking number) and see if they will add that update in my Ecas.

send it by registered mail to be sure...they dont allow us to send fax unless they call you to send it
