I was deported from USA back in 2006 for denied asylum. Now I want to apply for pr in canada. So I want to know if the fbi clearance will show my deportation?

I believe Canada and the USA show each other their security clearance files. So, yes the fact you were deported from the USA will show up when Canada does a background check.

Which category are you applying through? If you are trying the asylum route in Canada, then you will have to declare your failed application to the USA. Whether this will hinder your application, I cannot say.
