Clarification wrt PR application forms

Hello,

I am filing for my PR under federal skilled worker class - arranged employment program. I do not intend to sponsor my wife in my application - we have been living separately for 3 years now and have filed for divorce by mutual consent in a family court in India, though a formal divorce decree has not been awarded yet.

My questions are:
1. Can I exclude her details as part of family in my application form - in the general application form ( IMM0008e) and (IMM 5406e)?
2. What should be the status that I should be indicating in the general application form?
3. How should I fill up the form, so that she is not required to fill the backgroun/declaration form?

I have a copy of the divorce application and can include it in support of my application..
