Hello Friends,

With regard to Employment reference letters, is it essential that the letters should explicitly state that the employer has no objection in me applying for a PR OR can we have 2 general reference letters on company letter heads that include all the requirements such as Designation, Work place, No. of hours/week, Salary, duties and responsibilities, the tenure etc etc..

Kindly advise.

See the document checklist, Section 10.  It identifies the required elements of the Letter (one letter).  you don't need anything else.
