Clarification about refusal| seniors & qorax help me

hi guyz.. i got refusalk for not providing the settlement funds, they  only mentioned about  not providing the funds in the letter. does it mean that i crossed the points hurdle as per the letter?

 secondly i sent reconsideration letter too thats secondary in this issue.

 I  did received 2nd aOR.it was in process n then later changed to decision made.

refusal letter recived within 1 weeka fter it changed to decision made.

Then it means you pass the 67 point mark but failed to show the required funds.

 anyway i think u have read my prev threads.. i sent them reconsideration letter with all relevant explaiantion n proof of funds.... hoipe to get a reply within 30- 45days

 sent reconsideration letteron 12th Aug 2010, i emailed them abt the status of my application on october 4th they replied:


Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration Section of the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi.

We have responded to your recent enquiry on August 26,2010.

Please be advised that the status of your application has not changed since our last reply to you. Our office cannot provide you with an update of your case status by email on a regular basis, but rest assured we will contact you when we have a reply for you.

In order to serve all clients better, we will be unable to answer further correspondence at this time.

We trust that this information will be of assistance.

Now guys  my question is is ther any chance that we qwill look into this issue or they wont?

what type of proof of funds did you provide? why was it an issue?  once they have have closed the file they usually dont reopen until and unless they made a mistake...
